Urgently Looking for an experienced Customer Care Executive in Kochi,Kerala.

  • Job Details:
  •  Handle incoming calls effectively and efficiently with quality customer service.
  • Monitor calls for priority and escalate calls as necessary for issue resolution.
  • Gather information and performs research in order to resolve customer issues.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve ongoing support issues with various   departments.
  • Manage all issues and complaints and resolve appropriately.
  • Job Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Only Female can apply.
  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • Good communication Skills.
