Job Description :

Urgently Looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer in Trivandrum,Kerala.

  • Job Details:
  • Achieve a high level of expertise in all areas of our product
  • Thoroughly document defects with steps to reproduce and triage them through   the defect lifecycle
  • Escalate complex issues and or high priority issues to our QA department,   engineers and product owners
  • Occasionally travel to customer sites in emergency situations to solve technical   problems
  • Proactively monitor and repair client systems
  • Job Requirements:
  • IT Skills.
  • Degree/Diploma Computer Science.
  • Minimum 2 years experience is required.
  • Good communication Skills.
