•  Responding to client enquiries in line with the company guarantee policy.
•  Managing client relationships to build a strong rapport that results in client loyalty and satisfaction.
•  Training, coaching and mentoring of colleagues.
•  Quality control and file reviews of colleagues.
•  Supporting/advising/guiding team members with more complex accounting scenarios.

Job Requirements:

• B.Com Graduate.
• Seven years experience in accounting.
• Time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
