Job Details:

•  Collaborates with physicians and   multidisciplinary team members.
•  Maintaining accurate, detailed   reports and records using   computerized documentation.
•  Administering medications to   patients and monitoring patients for   reactions or side effects.
•  Modifying patient treatment plans   as indicated by patients' responses   and conditions.
•  Monitoring all aspects of patient   care, including diet and physical   activity.
•  Resolves patient problems and   needs by utilizing multidisciplinary   team strategies.

Job Requirements:

• BSc Nursing.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Outstanding organizational and   multi-tasking skills.
•  Patient with excellent problem-   solving skills.
