Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Finance Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Preparation of monthly financial      statements and researching any   technical accounting issues for   compliance.
• Managing the regulatory reporting   requirements and tax filings.
• Designing and implementing   internal control processes for both   finance and non-finance business   processes and communicating areas   of weakness, including SOX process   documentation.
• Ensuring quality control over   financial transactions and reporting.
• Making key contributions to the   optimization of business systems to   help drive business performance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Have strong technical knowledge of   IFRS and consolidations. Big 4   experience is advantageous.
• Five years experience in same field.
•  Be driven and prepared to be hands-   on when required.
