Job Description :

Urgently Looking for an experienced Incident Manager in Trivandrum, Kerala.

Job Details:

  •  Lead the efforts towards case load balancing, help Engineers to prioritize cases whereinaction is pending on CSS.
  •  Engage withcustomers to reset expectations and minimize impact of volume spikes.
  • Partner with the DMs/ TMs to align resources for cases needing immediate attention.
  • Perform data analysis to identify operational trends and enable TMs with timely insights/reporting.
  • Understand the scheduling/staffing gaps and share recommendations with the TMs.

Job Requirements:

  • IT Skills.
  • Minimum 5 years experience is required.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Good Communication Skills.
