Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Human Capital Consultant in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Apply experience to support the   client with Human Capital projects   aimed at optimizing organizational   efficiency and effectiveness in line   with the business strategy.
• Conduct research and keep abreast   of industry / sector and market   conditions to better understand the   client’s business.
• Gather and interpret information   and data to better understand   client’s context and help develop   solutions and recommendations.
• Articulate thoughts and ideas in a   clear and structured manner to   instill confidence and trust in team   and clients.
• Interact effectively with colleagues   and clients of varying backgrounds   to effectively serve clients.
• Support with business development   opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Good command of written and   spoken English, Arabic is desired.
• Excellent communication and   people skills, with a strong emphasis   on teamwork.
