Construction Manager Required

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Construction Manager in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of the project, as well as compliance as laid out to the management and other identified stakeholders.
• Coordinating the interrelating activities of subcontractors, suppliers, vendors and customers and Issuing appropriate change orders to subcontractors and customers.
•  Reviewing and approving subcontractor and vendor payment requests and issuing changes in the work to receive prices from subcontractors in a timely fashion.
• Developing job progress schedule to ensure that actual construction parallels with the schedule.
•  Negotiating contracts with subcontractors and vendors for various trades, ensuring that all phases of the work are encompassed and that a clear definition of work responsibility is defined.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder.
• One year experience in construction field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD.
