Group Financial Controller

Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Group Financial Controller in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Driving the performance of the   finance team to become a center of   excellence for the rest of the   business to rely on for accurate and   timely financial information.
• Accountable for providing best in   class reporting mechanisms meeting   service level agreements for both   internal and external stakeholders.
• Identifying and implementing   process improvements and   opportunities for cost reduction, as   the custodian of a highly compliant   environment.
• Act as a Business Partner to Country   Managers and the CFO through the   development of strong working   relationships.
• Drive the implementation and   integration of a new ERP system,   designing bespoke modules relevant   to business needs.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of   month end and year end closes to   IFRS standards.

Job Requirements:

•  Western educated ACA   (ICAEW)/ACCA fully qualified   accountant with 10-12 years PQE.
• Proven experience in leading change   management programmes and ERP   system implementations in a   multinational company.
• Demonstrable capability in leading   and successfully developing large   teams.
• Fluent communication in English.
• German speaker desirable.
