Job Details:

•  Greet all guests warmly with an   appropriate greeting.
•  Answer telephones, taking   reservations and messages,   maintaining accurate guest counts   and wait times.
•  Maintain a clean reception area,   check and maintain restrooms.
•  Greeting and seating residents and   guests in a professional, courteous   manner.
•  Assists with seating requests when   necessary and provides customers   with clean menus.
•  Promptly answers the phones with   appropriate greeting.

Job Requirements:

•  High school diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Amazing customer service skills.
•  Must have clear written and verbal   communication skills.
