Urgently Looking for an experienced Quality Analyst in Trivandrum, Kerala.

Job Details:

  •  Tracks and reports progress on key metrics specific to the program.
  • Adheres to set targets on productivity, quality and Risk & Compliance.
  • Manages escalations on routine and predefined tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Learns new tools / SOPs / processes with minimal supervision.
  • Drive the BQ management initiative along with Training to ensure long term improvement in BQ performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience is required.
  • Bachelors Degree In Computer Science.
  • IT Skills.
  • Good Communication Skills.
