Urgently Looking for an experienced Business Analyst in Trivandrum, Kerala.

Job Details:

•  Deeply understand customer business processes and schedule meetings with multiple stakeholders when necessary.
• Make sure that product implementation and configuration activities are aligned to customer?s long term and short term business objectives.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to deliver successful outcomes within defined timelines.
• Provide feedback to Whatfix internal teams based on customer interactions.
• Validate the solution delivered by Whatfix teams and act as a proxy for customers in internal meetings.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Bachelors Degree In Computer Science.
• IT Skills.
• Good Communication Skills.
