Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Identify and develop internal   candidates for leadership roles.
  •  Drive business results by utilizing   Chili’s systems to effectively control   costs.
  •  Proven abilities in recruiting,   training and developing personnel   (BOH and FOH).
  •  Managing up to 50 team members   including management staff.
  •  Regularly review product quality   and research new vendors.
  •  Control operational costs and   identify measures to cut waste.

Job Requirements:

  •  Strong leadership, motivational and   people skills.
  •  Acute financial management skills.
  •  Outstanding interpersonal and   communication skills. 
  • Two years experience in same field.
