Urgently Looking for an experienced Installation Supervisor in Qatar.

• Job Details:
•  Create scope summaries and man-hour estimates for new project proposals
• Execute annual performance reviews for department employees
• Create annual professional development plans for department employees
• Create on-the-job cross-training opportunities to develop weak or non-existent   skills sets for each department employee
• Plan and execute teambuilding and morale-boosting strategies
• Work directly with Hunton Trane sales team to oversee and manage technical  strategy and deliverables for BAS projects.
• Job Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
