Urgently Looking for an experience Service Engineer in Qatar.

• Job Details:
•   Responding to infrastructure events by engaging oncall resources via xMatters   and Slack and providing rapid first response incident management
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for event and   incident management
• Implementing new monitoring and alerting where there are gaps
• Drive and document changes on tuning infrastructure monitoring alerts
• Review, evaluate and provide recommendations on policies and procedures
• Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• Good communication Skills.
