Looking for an experienced Project Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Set out, level and survey the siteOversee the selection and requisition of materials.
•  Devise accurate cost and service estimates for converting audited property and propose realistic timelines for the same, basis audited condition.
•  Identifying and on-boarding potential vendors as per company policy.
•  Manage and coordinate all construction, design, structure and MEP related activities for the project in terms of cost, quality and delivery targets.

Job Requirements:

• Civil Engineering Degree.
• Ten years experience in construction field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Project management skills.
