Duties

  • Lead multicountry deskside Support leaders
  • Interface with APAC SSC EUS leaders
  • Work with clients project and architecture; arrange country deskside leaders
  • Requirements
  • 3-5 years of international banking deskside Support experience
  • Min 2 years deskside Support leader experience
  • Minimum a degree in computer science
  • Fluency in English and cantonese.
