Job Description :

Urgently Looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician in Qatar.

• Job Details:
•  Daily walk of property and vacant units to determine daily needs/required   attention
• Perform inspections of vacant units and submit inspection report to   management for budgeting and scheduling of make-ready/rehab work   requirements
• Coordinate budgets with Property Manager to ensure revenue targets are met.
• Coordinate purchasing of materials/supplies necessary to perform work
• Coordinate scheduling of vendors/contractors for any work necessary
• Job Requirements:
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• High School Diploma.
• Good Communication Skills.
