Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Office Assistant in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Serve as a backup to the reception   desk and for other assistants as   needed.
  •  Reviewing and Updating paperwork,   maintaining documents and word   processing.
  •  Review the electronic conference   room calendars for conflict and   awareness.
  •  Maintains office schedule by   picking-up and delivering items   using automobile.
  •  Maintaining the cleanliness and   order of the office common spaces   and the showroom.
  •  Assisting the office overall with   administrative tasks and functions.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Excellent interpersonal skills.
  •  Strong written and oral   communication skills.
