Required Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Certification of bills and invoices from vendors, contractors, consultants and engineers, Preparation of progress report.
•  Recording of measurements at sites of hidden/concealed items.
•  Complete billing and estimation work which will include making tender comparative statement, tender pricing, rate analysis, budgeting, cash flow preparation, bar bending schedule, bar charts etc.
•  Anticipating / identify contract variations, prepare extra claims, procure sub-contracts, prepare final accounts.
•  Hands on experience in high rise residential/commercial/ IT Parks/ Hospitality and Townships.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer skills.
• Five years experience in the same field.
