Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced HR Coordinator in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Interact with employees and deliver   communications as directed by   manager or delegate.           
  •  Attend staff, committee meetings or  other meetings as requested in order  to record minutes.
  •  Assists hourly associates with the   use of computer and access to   various online systems.
  •  Greeting students, including job   candidates and other visitors.
  •  Assisting with electronic filing and   administrative tasks associated with   onboarding.
  •  Scans and enters HR documents into   the electronic record keeping   system.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  •  Effective oral and written   communication skills.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Good interpersonal and team   building skills.
