Job Description :

Urgently Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

  • Assist management to resolve Routine and Major Maintenance issues on regular basis.
  • Checking, processing of bills and coordinating with all the stakeholders for early release of payments for routine operation, maintenance & MM works.
  • Checking of Monthly and daily progress report for Routine maintenance work, Major maintenance work.
  • Estimations are to be made as per the drawings of structural, architectural and MEP.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree Holder.
  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • IT Skills.
  • Good Communication Skills
