Job Description :

Requires an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Regular monitoring of all O&M activities and ensure to follow all Concessions Agreement clauses and its compliance.
  •  Assist management to resolve Routine and Major Maintenance issues on regular basis.
  •  Checking, processing of bills and coordinating with all the stakeholders for early release of payments for routine operation, maintenance & MM works.
  •  Checking of Monthly and daily progress report for Routine maintenance work,Major maintenance work and CSR activity report etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder.
  • One year experience in the same field.
  • Well versed in MS Office.
  • Good communication skills
