Maintenance Technician In Qatar

Job Description :

Urgently Looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician in Qatar.

• Job Details:
•  Responsible for assisting with painting, cleaning of appliances, vacuuming and   other related tasks required to prepare an apartment unit for re-occupancy.
• Responsible for performing general carpentry work, such as fitting doors,   freeing windows, replacing and building shelves and refinishing floors.
• Responsible for assisting in custodial work, including sweeping, mopping,   vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning windows, etc. in the common areas.
• Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed.
• Perform manual repairs when necessary. (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
• Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide.
• Job Requirements:
• High School Diploma.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
•  Valid Qatar Driving License.
• Good communication Skills.
