Required Head Chef

Job Description :

Urgently Looking for an experience Head Chef in Qatar.

• Job Details:
•  Innovate and come up with new menu items for hotel food and beverage outlets   and test these items with the team.  Perfect the items, and cost menu items.   
• Plan menus with the Food and Beverage Manager, for all hotel food and   beverage outlets
• Consult with Food and Beverage Manager regarding menu revisions and   updates
• Implement safety procedures according to OSHA and Suburban Inns standards
• Inspect kitchens for sanitation, cleanliness, time/temp logs, and organization of   all areas (including coolers, walk in coolers, dry storage, offices, etc.)
• Ensure proper staffing for maximum productivity and high standards of quality   while also controlling labor expenses
• Job Requirements:
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Presentation Skills.
• Good communication Skills.
