Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Office Assistant in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Reception and General Office   Support as needed, coordinating   with Administrative Assistants.
  •  Create labels and orders, maintain a   spreadsheet of archived items.
  •  Maintains office schedule by   picking-up and delivering items   using automobile.
  •  Type correspondence and reports   from prepared copy for campus   staff. 
  •  Prepare and mails out letters of   acceptance to all new students.
  •  May assist with filing and copying of   documents.

Job Requirements:

  •  High School diploma.
  •  Sharp attention to detail and   excellent organization skills.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Verbal and written communication   skills.
