Urgently looking for an experienced HrR Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Manage recruiting process for all   open positions with the exception of   faculty positions.
•  Supports the development of high   performers and drives progression   on development programs.
•  Develop, review, approve or   maintain organizational charts and   job descriptions;
•  Provides advice and assistance   regarding evaluation of employee   performance and employee   relations issues;
•  Developing training manuals and   job descriptions.
•  Enforcing company policy and   implementing new practices.

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor's Degree.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Excellent analytical and critical   thinking skills.
•  Excellent interpersonal and   communication skills.
