Job Description :
Urgently looking for an experienced HR Coordinator in UAE.
Job Details:
- Supports supervisors and managers to be able to address employee relations and resolve work-related issues with a consistent systematic approach.
- Partners with company-wide administrative staff on employee onboarding and procedures.
- Reviews company policies and procedures with new hires and answers general new hire questions.
- Partners with Payroll Specialist to create employee profile in HRIS/Payroll system.
- Creates, maintains and audits employee personnel records.
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree.
- Two years experience in same field.
- Professional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
