Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced HR Coordinator in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Supports supervisors and managers   to be able to address employee   relations and resolve work-related   issues with a consistent systematic   approach.
  •  Partners with company-wide   administrative staff on employee   onboarding and procedures.
  •  Reviews company policies and   procedures with new hires and   answers general new hire questions.
  •  Partners with Payroll Specialist to   create employee profile in   HRIS/Payroll system.
  •  Creates, maintains and audits   employee personnel records.
  •  Scheduling job interviews and   assisting in interview process.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Professional customer service and   interpersonal skills.
  •  Excellent verbal and written   communication skills.
