Job Description :

Looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

Act as the first point of contact for any IT related issue that come in from our customers or end users.
Resolve incidents via phone calls, support tickets, and instant messaging app.
Log all incoming requests into the IT support system.
Create and update troubleshooting documentation for all remote site equipment as necessary.
Installation of software on both Windows and Mac systems.

Job Requirements:

BSc Computer Science.
One year experience in the same field.
Well versed in MS Office.
Problem solving skills.
