Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and others as needed to ensure orders are successfully processed and fulfilled.
• Contribute to team meetings, offering feedback on daily workload and streamlining activities within the team.
• Develop and document procedures to be used in training others on customer requirements.
• Answer customer enquiries regarding product information, order status, shipment tracking, etc.
• Call customers regarding back orders or short shipments.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate holder.
• One year experience in the same field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Time management skills.
