Urgently looking for an experienced Painting Foreman in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Maintained and service all   equipment.
• Responsible for painting, sanding,   refinishing, contracts assigned to   P.C.A.
• Responsible for maintenance and   clean up for all equipment and   supplies needed to work on a job   site.
• Well versed in all operating   equipment: paint spray machine and   ceiling pop corn machine.
•  Perform remodeling construction   work according to GSA plans, blue   prints, codes and other specs., at   various Federal buildings.
• Estimate costs of materials, labor   and use of equipment required to   complete provisions of contracts and   prepare bids.
• Completed three-phase interior   renovation project of FBI building in   Little Rock, AR ahead of schedule   and under budget.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Three years experience in same   field.
•  Excellent communication skills.
•  Ability to read construction   drawings and blueprints.
