Job Description :

Urgently Looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst in Canada.

Job Details:

  •  Perform platform upgrades and generate runbooks.
  • Provide operational support for Guardian s bots and supporting services including triage and resolution of processing errors to ensure successful execution.
  • Coordinate with Automation Center of Excellence to build, test and implement automation products.
  • Perform minor enhancements or defect fixes based on priority and capacity.
  • Support Production deployments including code promotion, infrastructure and connectivity changes.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science.
  • Minimum 7 years experience is required.
  • IT Skills.
  • Good Communication Skills.
