Urgently looking for an experienced Secretary in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Prepare and disseminate   correspondence, memos and forms.
  •  Check frequently the levels of office   supplies and place appropriate   orders.
  •  Maintain contact lists though   constant contact.
  •  Drafting of Minutes and Agenda for   Singapore Companies.
  •  Secures information by completing   database backups.
  •  Provides historical reference by   utilizing filing and retrieval systems.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  •  Proficiency in MS Office.
  •  Age Limit: Below 30 years old.
  •  Excellent written and verbal   communication skills.
  • Minimum One year experience.
