Job Description :
Urgently looking for an experienced Secretary in UAE.
Job Details:
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
- Maintain contact lists though constant contact.
- Drafting of Minutes and Agenda for Singapore Companies.
- Secures information by completing database backups.
- Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Age Limit: Below 30 years old.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum One year experience.
