Required Operation Manager

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Operation Manager in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Monitors field production to ensure production rates are being achieved. Where shortfalls exist, works with   the project team to achieve the desired production.
• Recruits and hires superintendents and foremen; monitors and supervises hiring of operators and other field    personnel. Monitors out of town and helps recruit and train people local to projects.
• Identifies and assigns key personnel to allow flexibility in bidding. Supplies periodic reports to estimating showing resource availability by  geographic area and job type.
• Evaluates developmental needs of field personnel and promotes effective training for superintendents, foremen, and hourly craft employees.
• Participates in annual performance evaluations that objectively evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of field supervisory employees and    provides the meaningful feedback for development.
• During market downturns, develops and implements a strategy to reduce costs while retaining our most productive and capable field   employees.

Job Requirements:

• Civil Engineering Degree.
• Ten years experience in construction field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
