Looking For Construction Manager

Job Description :

Requires an experienced Construction Managr in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Develop cost estimates within the required time frame.
• Review construction documents, specifications and project plans and understand scope of work to bid.
• Prepares required bid documentation.
• Collaborate with other technical resources and review similar past projects when applicable.
• Execute take offs of construction documents.

Job Requirements:

• Dipoma holder.
• Ten years experience in construction field.
• Good computer skills.
• Fluent in English.
