Construction Manager Required

Job Description :

Requires an experienced Construction Manager in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Delivering the project from pre- contract to construction and handover stages.
•  Directing the contractors on their roles and responsibilities with regard to health and safety procedures and comply with safety sustainability policy and procedures.
•  Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
•  Reviewing the project in- depth to schedule deliverables and estimating costs.
•  Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Engineering Degree holder.
• Eight years experience in construction field.
• Well versed in AutoCAD.
• Fluent in English.
