Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Review architectural plans and prepare quantity needs.
  •  Estimate the quantity and costs of materials.
  •  Prepare contracts and documents and set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials.
  •  Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
  •  Track changes in plans or constructions; update budgets.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder.
  • Seven years experience in the same field.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Time management skills.
