Job Description :

Urgently Looking for an experienced HR Manager in Trivandrum, Kerala.

Job Details:

•  Manage and track employees' performance and duties as per the company requirements.
• Implement necessary processes and reporting for efficient management of the workforce Setup KRAs and KPIs for all company staff.
• Handle all statutory government and non-government compliances including PF and ESIC and liasoning with external bodies.
• all contractual workers and staff and management of vendors.
• Negotiate and manage labor contractors and ensure timely supply of workers requirement. 

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Minimum 7 years experience is required.
• Only Female can Apply.
• Good Communication Skills.
