Looking for an experienced Reservation Agent in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Accommodating in-house guest   requests, ensuring a high level of   guest satisfaction.
•  The prompt and efficient handling of   all reservations correspondence   such as mail, faxes or brochure   requests.
•  Enter rooming lists while ensuring   accuracy, as required.
•  Ensure revenue is maximized by up-   selling guest rooms and   recommending hotel facilities.
•  Follow department policies,   procedures and service standards.
•  Assist in back up the front desk,   check ins, check out and other duties   associated.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
•  Good communication skills.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Must have great computer skills.
