Job Description :

Urgently Looking for an experienced HR Generalist in Qatar.

• Job Details:
• Partner with operations leadership to ensure compliance with government laws,  regulations and company policy, to identify and address training needs in the  areas of on-boarding and hourly team member development
• Team with Corporate to execute Rewards and Recognition programs within the   Distribution Centers
• Conduct exit interviews and share feedback with leadership
• Attend community events to network and promote the company's open  positions
• Develop relationships with reputable staffing agencies for direct and temp placements
• Job Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• Good communication Skills.
