Job Description :

Wanted experienced Reservation Agent in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Performs multiple tasks at the same   time, using automatic equipment   capabilities.
  •  Continually maintain working   knowledge of all company products,   services and promotions.
  •  Utilize operational systems to   process purchases of mobility   products.
  •  Answer inquiries of room rates,   outlets, room locations/directions, &   promotions.
  •  Address all guest service needs and   resolve any service-related problems   or issues.
  •  The maintenance and updating of all   guest information files to insure   accurate statistical information.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Effective/professional   communication skills.
  •  Good typing and excellent telephone   skills.
