• Job Details:
•  Develop key financial analyses to drive and measure returns on our mortgage   servicing portfolio and new business initiatives 
• Influence business area decision-making on an ad-hoc basis through in-depth   financial analysis and insight 
• Develop strong working partnerships with senior leaders across business areas 
• Develop, mentor and leverage analysts on the team to build sustainable   processes 
• Identify and execute on revenue optimization and cost synergy opportunities 
• Prepare and optimize monthly forecasting and variance analysis for business   areas  Job Requirements:
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
