Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced Project Manager in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

  •  Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan plot layout.
  •  Test soils to determine the strength and type of foundations requirement.
  •  Developing detail plot layout after discussion with all stockholdersCarry out feasibility study, basic Engg and cost estimation of civil related activities to prepare capex and check viability of projectPrepare and float tender to shortlisted contractor.
  • Developing detail design with help of consultant.

Job Requirements : 

  • Engineering Degree holder.
  • Minimum seven years experience in the same field.
  • Well versed in AutoCAD.
  • Project management skills.
