Urgently Looking for an experienced Cloud Support Engineer in Trivandrum, Kerala.

Job Details:

  •  Learn the latest Cloud technologies, especially Microsoft, the usage and billing of these products and how it connects with AppGallop platform.
  • Perform and maintain user provisioning and de-provisioning tasks.
  • Learn Ticket management tools, internalexternal communication and processes to deliver top quality service.
  • Analyse, identify, and remediate issues within client infrastructures.
  • Windows Server Management and Monitoring

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science.
  • IT Skills.
  • Minimum 2 years experience is required.
  • Good Communication Skills.
