Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Secretary in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Assist the Chairman to manage and   conduct cross functional meetings   and report the minutes.
  •  Process invoices and communicate   with clients and vendors.
  •  Schedule appointments and   maintain contacts/calendars.
  •  Prepare and make daily bank   deposits.
  •  Frequent printing, copying,   scanning, and filing of documents.
  •  Enters information from source   documents into databases and/or   spreadsheets.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Five years experience in same field. 
  •  Exceptional problem solving skills.
  •  Excellent grammar, punctuation,   and proofreading skills.
