Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Handle incoming and outgoing customer service calls (average 75 per shift) in a professional manner to exceed   customer expectations.
• Resolve common customer concerns.
• Accurately enter customer order information into Customer Relationship Management database.
• Process documentation requests for initials orders, renewals, and addendums.
• Meet monthly performance expectations as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder.
• One year experience in the same field.
• Good customer service skills.
• Time management skills.
