Urgently looking for an experienced HR Executive in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Preparation of trainees stipend and   issue to the concern trainee.
•  Recruiting, testing, and interviewing   program; candidate selection; exit   interviews; recommends   changes.
•  Maintaining human resources staff   by recruiting, selecting, orienting,   and training employees.
•  Contributing towards team effort by   accomplishing related results as   needed.
•  Implement effective sourcing,   screening and interviewing   techniques.
•  Act as the point of contact regarding   labor legislation issues.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Solid communication skills.
•  Demonstrable leadership abilities.
