Urgently Looking for an experienced Call Center Customer Service in Qatar.

  • Job Details:
  •  Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate   growth.
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow through to resolutions.
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards.
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
  • Job Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • IT Skills.
  • Good communication Skills.
