Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Construction Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Schedule, coordinate and inspect the   activities of subcontractors and   vendors.
  •  Developing the project brief with   client, identify design consultants   and contractors.
  •  Contributing in tender review,   recommendation and eventual   award of these packages.
  •  Managing the design, delivery,   quality time, cost and hand over of   these key packages.
  •  Maintain construction best practices   on respective job sites. 
  •  Maintain knowledge of scope of   work of each major subcontractor.

Job Requirements:

  •  Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Strong organizational, problem-   solving, and analytical skills.
  •  Well organized with excellent   customer service skills.
