Urgently Looking for an experienced Technical Lead in Kochi, Kerala.

Job Details:

  •  Support and resolution of ServiceNow-related issues.
  • Ongoing Maintenance requests (Ex. data file uploads).
  • Reporting configuration and maintenance.
  • Assist in ServiceNow platform architectural analysis & design.
  • Assist in ServiceNow Platform strategy.
  • Assist in ServiceNow Upgrade guidance.

Job Requirements:

  • IT Skills.
  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Minimum 7 years experience is required.
